Fancy al fresco dining, hip cafes for ppl to chit-chat, trendy boutique stores, rooftop private club/lounges, high-end private kitchen, creative artspaces, art galleries, blah..blah blah blah…
Yes yes, very fashionable and contemporary, like PMQ in HK, 798 Art Zone in Beijing, Xintiandi in Shanghai, Tate Modern in London, or Meatpacking District in NYC.
Wait..but is it what we truly want?! Is it a “creative/successful” upgrade in tenant mix? How many % population are rich enough/interested to enjoy such things sin!? Are ppl thattt $$ and artistic now?

有機會受高等教育的人（例如現今的大學生們）=生活必要的柴米油鹽從來不是他們的首要immediate concern/priority，亦不會刻意感恩。
為甚麼老一輩都看不過眼：
這些年輕人，年紀輕輕就認為有需要去優化生活和社會，投訴多多，卻不感恩他們說擁有，appreciate社會繁華三餐溫飽其實都得來不易。他們寧願不擇手段去獲得他們認為重要（卻不是必要）的東西，老豆呀媽辛苦賺錢幫你交學費你就罷課。君子不立危場之下，細路，你地醒未呀？
