- Another question in the MIT undergraduate survey is “have you ever taken a class that you feel excited to attend?”..I think my Corp fin class is definitely one of my fav classes in my MIT career.

- was discussing with SS why all indexes worldwide (and our portfolio, cry) fell into the red all of a sudden. SS said its because of the chain suspensions of Korean savings banks, I said probably, as most of the newspapers would have agreed, is due to the escalating tension in the middle east and the subsequent surge in oil price. Is it only Libya to be blamed for the stock slide though?
- watched 3 movies related to financial crisis..”Wall Street”, “Inside Job” and “The Company Man”…after all these government bailouts (bank of america, bear stearns), bankruptcy (lehman) and massive headcount reduction (citi) happened only just 2 years ago, ibanking is still the most prestigious and popular career among us …probably because it is the most (risk-adjusted) lucrative career?
