– Thx to technology, at least there were mobile phones /satellite phones so ppl’ last words could be heard..(back in the 1980s, a japanese plane was hijacked and ppl just started writing their last words on paper)
– True bravery. When everyone was forced to move to the back of the plane, air attendant started boiling water ready for attack, guys started to formulate a plan to VS. the hijackers. The last audible answer on one phone call is “Are you guys ready? Let’s roll.” When you have no choice, it is better to do something than to do nothing.
– True leadership. Even in face of immediate death, they were able to take control of the situation and remain calm (in this case I immediately think of my dad, bro and b, I am sure they will be the ones who stand up or voice up, or at least will think of a solution instead of 100% panicking). Ppl were unselfish, they would rather not say their last words to their kids, or simply told their loved ones, please be happy and move on with your life (in this case I think of my mum). If it’s me (touchwood), I would just freak out and cry cry cry…sigh.
