the medic-student-suicide news hit the HK headlines few days ago…
pressure would indeed drive you crazy sometimes..
and i realized im losing the ability to relax..or to release stress
and someone told me that if i continue to release stress in such a destructive way
i will lead a very unhappy life
it is partly true, and its a part of personality … let’s see wht r the usual ways in LPC i make myself happy
1. Walk all the way to Sunshine and buy McWings….heaven.
2. at 3:00am, ride on a bike and go several rounds in LPC…felt warm and energized
3. simply drink coke zero makes me happy
4. go for a walk, walk to block 1 find jenny to talk, or simply look at wht’s vicky is doing
5. watch anime, read comics book, listen to music, talk to sadia, go to youtube
6. type my blog, the only way that still remains
7. talk to chishio, translate some japanese lyrics cheer me up too
8. msn, play photoshop, read some news
9. MOST EFFECTIVE WAY OF ALL… sleep =D
10. play “typing speed”
11. check my email constantly
12. play with Ativa
there are plenty of ways actually…why i just cant do any of them now?
