壞習慣

本人有一個非常不好嘅壞習慣,就係遲咗起身就會搭taxi返工,每次要200蚊。每一次搭完都覺得好羞恥又後悔,但依然不停repeat。如何準時返工而唔搭的士?

為咗要根治呢個壞習慣,方法如下:

  1. 行去火車站要10分鐘,著返工鞋唔舒服。決定著skechers返工,擺一兩對返工鞋係公司換。
  2. highlight搭火車嘅benefits,因為紅磡火車站可以買華御結,可以食美味嘅飯糰。搭車可以睇書/寫blog。
  3. 係iPhone set咗screen limit, 12:20am – 6:40am 會lock screen。
  4. 晚上12點開始唔玩電話,12點開始睇悶書,拉拉筋,12點半前要訓覺。
  5. 早上7:00am鬧鐘開始響,7:20am最遲起身,7:50am出門。
  6. 返到公司後,係calendar上用紅筆寫上「+200」作為visual evidence of progress。
  7. 月尾做返個結算,其實慳咗幾多錢。
  8. 返到公司後,我會whatsapp比b 講返我冇搭的士,b要講「good b」表示獎勵及監察
  9. 記住月台上車最佳位置「7-1」之後係「7-3」。
  10. Uninstall taxi app.
  11. 唔好ATM 拎太多cash。冇cash就冇錢搭。
  12. 徹底忘記夾萬嘅密碼。
  13. 新老闆嚟,唔好有「遲到」嘅identity。要同自己講,I am a person who goes to work on time. I am a person who goes to work on time. I am a person who goes to work on time.

其實仲有好多老壞習慣,例如寒背、食太多炸雞、懶得保護皮膚。 但遲到真係帶來嚴重嘅monetary loss,希望2020年可以根治,係根治,連根拔起!
