5-second rule

無聊等車的時候,聽了這一本書的簡單summary。

其實很簡單,當你想procrastinate/想墮進anxiety, fear, negativity, inertia,各種藉口的時候,就像NASA火箭🚀升空前,向自己倒數 five, four, three, two, one… go!!

這可以提供快狠準的5秒機會 magic window,push你/redirect你去下一個action item或心境。

鬧鐘響起,倒數5秒自己要起床!

突然被憂慮dominate了心情,倒數5秒後立刻想點positive & peaceful的images。

各種藉口開始出現前,就用這5秒kill all these excuses, 然後physically去做想做的事。 例如做運動。
