Atomic Habit

之前我的productivity tool 只是依賴Getting Things Done。即把自己腦內的想法都migrate到一種external system,然後再把其分類。(例如 to do / some day / reference / pending)等等。對於我這種弱弱記憶力的人來說是很大的幫助。

最近在看的Atomic Habit內,就說到如果要make sure自機會實行某習慣,必須在這action上加上TIME和LOCATION。

Implementation Intention

“I will [BEHAVIOR] at [TIME] in [LOCATION].”

例如:

I want to be healthier! 這句是無用的。

I really have to do more exercise from now on! 這句是無用的。

I will do exercise every morning!這句也不夠強。

應該是 I will do HIIT at 10pm Thurs in my living room. 然後狠狠地釘在自己的google calendar上。
