iBetter

最近嘗試了各種新app/chrome extension, 其中一個是iBetter – Life Plan

你可以定下最多3個daily habit ,我的3個目標如下
(如果要4個或以上,就要pay for premium version才行哈哈=_=)

  1. Sleep before 12:30am 
  2. No McDonalds 
  3. Do 鄭多燕10分鐘帶氧操

其實還想加4)看書,之類的事情。
試了一個星期,有這個app as a daily reminder還不錯。但:

  1. weekend好難做到(1)
  2. 經過金拱門時很難做到(2)
  3. 很晚回家已經累透時很難做到(3)
