Option B is a good read. I think it is not only for people undergoing grief/hardship, could be for everyone. It is especially good for me because my emotions just swing too much.. too easily triggered by external stimuli.
We couldn’t recover from negative events because humans usually think of the 3Ps:
1) Personalization – it’s ALL my fault.
2) Persuasiveness – this will affect ALL areas of my life.
3) Permanence – it will last FOREVER
