The Interview

第一次officially an interviewer~
以下只係general嘅 very very basic takeaways from sitting on the other side of the table，
並唔係specific examples from my experience呀下….

1. interviewee預先準備好嘅scripted答案，原來我唔會點pay attention。
   所以，面試者要儘量少用一d uncommon嘅英文字 or big words，同埋避免recall（i.e. 眼球向上望），因為太明顯係死背出嚟啦。
2. 要留意對方嘅表情，同埋成個interview中佢最passionate嘅部分。當對方話“I am very excited about the opportunity”，但個樣又唔多似excited嘅時候，就完全唔convincing啦。
3. 面試完之後記得記得要問“any questions for me？” （sor, I am beginner level hahaha XD)
