memories…I am not the same person anymore.
I am growing up daily….往事只能回味.
– Just heard a Harvard guy and a Wharton girl are about to join our program this year. Is it the appropriate strategy to employ (too) highly qualified candidates, and what incentivised them to accept the offer? Their life span in the company won’t be too long I guess.
– I am definitely not an aggressive or proactive person, but last night I decided to suggest some ideas to my bosses – to be specific – boss A, B,C in 3 different levels. Big boss replied instantly said he appreciated my effort and found my input very helpful. Boss 2 replied today and rebutted all my points, though definitely a healthy discussion. Is it the right move? Is it true to be 多一事不如少一事?
回味ing every weekend
