Conflict of interest
由消費者(?)角度出發，會覺得agent幫個prospect找到合心意的筍盤，還negotiate到beat market price的價錢，個agent就勁。
但入行(?)以後，現實是agent ultimately要賺agent fee，landl0rd要賺rent。所以原來在競爭激烈的rental market中，還找到願意offer高租金的客人 (可能不知行情 or really like this option e.t.c.)，才叫厲害。變了agent & landl0rd雙贏，prospect投得所好 though still have room for negotiations gehh….
After all 睇你點睇~for example 如果個客打探行情後發現自己豬左，就有損個agent的reputation了（wht i’m saying 好似好白癡添，請原諒newbie的思維haha) Anyways, lots of inherited conflicts of interest within these 3 parties la~
