這個暑假的新嘗試：chalk & board style teaching
科目有econ, bio，undergrad accounting 和 mgt organization

本來只treat這份工為一份okay公開的“秘撈”賺下錢錢
等個暑假productive d 同埋 so-called 試下新的job nature mildly challenge下自己
但原來以hourly計算one on one對著client，仲要用英文教
才深切體會到賺錢真係唔容易 /_\

Some takeaways……

1. To teach with authority, really feel the urge to deliver quality and professional service constantly thanks to my client’s high expectation on me. Unlike grading psets or answering questions in office hour, it’s a real-time face-to-face service delivery every second under ‘surveillance’ (?) ..even I am hea 底 in general there is no way to 鬆懈.

2. Teaching with chalk and board literally in a classroom. The challenge is not about what you teach, but how you teach. Gotta adjust the teaching pace/method according to your student’s ability and interest. Is top-down or bottom-up approach more appropriate? How much should I prepare for this 3-hour long session!? * O *
   . 
3. Seems the best way to learn is to teach. I never know the materials so well in my life, this summer I am trying to catch up with some property news and knowledge…maybe I should try holding a Property Market 101 class to consolidate my knowledge XD Here we go.
