Options – the ability to choose is real power.

  • First step: replace assumption, challenge the status quo
    — Don’t limit yourself to mainstream norms.
  • Cultivate selective ignorance
    — Ignorance is bliss. focus = ignore irrelevant information.
  • Be effective: Emphasize strengths, don’t fix weaknesses
    — Do what you are good at to shine.
  • “Action might not always bring happiness, but there is no happiness without action”
    — Do, or Do not. There is no try.
  • The question you should be asking isn’t “What are my goals?” but “What excites me?”
  • 用ipad來影相是有點誇張,像個相框 一樣 但好開心可以無時無刻拍照
  • “嘩f10n1 幾百年無見到你” Well, so? 見到我係你好彩,咁~難得 駛唔駛去買六合彩?
  • “你今晚幾點起身吖會?“

  1. Here r my notes

    – Focus!! Time without attention is worthless, so value attention over time.
    – Focus on the 20% that drives 80% of the results!
    – “Identify the few critical tasks that contribute most to income and schedule them with very short and clear deadlines
    1. Limit tasks to the important to shorten work time (80/20)
    2. Shorten work time to limit tasks to the important (Parkinson’s Law)
    – Worry about questions when it gets the yes to both of the following:
    1. Each term in the question can be defined
    2. Can an answer to this question be acted upon to improve things
    – What we fear doing most us usually what we most need to do. Try to constant doing them!
    – Excitement is the more practical synonym for happiness and it is precisely what you should strive to chase-> continual learning and service can usually bring it.
    – Doing less meaningless work, so that you can focus on things of greater personal importance, is NOT laziness.
    – Define what you want so you know how much X dollars you need to make
    – If you spend your time, worth $20 per hour, doing something that someone else will do for $10 per hour, its simply a poor use of resources.
    – Unreasonable and unrealistic goals are easier to achieve

    1. yea i can see what you have highlighted~ (or are they not ? haha)
