“its so near yet so far”
its so true that ..thats only 1.5 months left till going back home
how i want to go back home now……
i want to eat McWings (hahaha it is the forever reason i love hong kong)
i want to eat have dinner with dad mum bro at home
i want to go walk new town plaza..
i dont want to go to school with rains and winds and clouds and xyz
i dont want to study sth that i dont like and i cant really study
i dont want to apply for internships thats out of my boundaries
i want to go to places that im familiar with…
anyway
i consider myself as quite an inconsistent person.. besides
1) my love to chicken wings
2) my almost 8-year-old watch
3) my hairstyle
nothing much lasts….

4 隻雞搥 4 隻雞中翼 醃料 : 鹽、發粉及胡椒粉各少許 |
汁料(a) 1 湯匙溶牛油 1/2 杯墨西哥 Louisiana hot sauce 蒜粉少許 汁料(b): 1/2 杯 BBQ 汁 |
| 做 法 :
1. 雞中翼及雞搥洗淨，抹乾水份，加入醃料醃片刻備用。 2. 燒熱油鑊將雞翼及雞搥炸撈，撈起瀝乾油份。 3. 拌勻汁料 (a)，將雞中翼沾滿汁液，挾起上碟。 4. 將雞搥沾上汁料 (b) 挾起上碟，兩味雞翼即成。 備註 : (1) Louisiana hot sauce 和 BBQ 汁可在大型超級市場購買。 anyway, one last thing i wanna say is 摺人無罪and another last thing i wanna say is i used photoshop each photo before i upload to facebook but as i dun see the point anymore i dun really care now but today i found out that person is still active on facebook – – man, how gross i look now ….= =”” i almost forgot for once im so concern about my appearance, what i wear..etc sosad. |
