when uncertainity/ fear reigns..
remember,
1. Fear impedes action
2. inaction = lack of experience
3. lack of experience breeds ignorance
4. ignorance guarantees fear
i.e. a vicious cycle.
You gain strength, courage and confidnece by every experience
in which you really stop to look fear in the face.
‘I lived through this horror. I can take the next thing that comes along’
i.e. You must do the thing you think you cannot do.
Went back to MCS today
did a HKCEE sharing (=.=) with the Form 4 students…another blow water session haha
the real happy part is that most of the teachers still remember me hahaha
and even some see-muis…people who look familiar to me
very peaceful, united, and spirited :)
