Class size: 20 people max. Went on a Tuesday and the class only had 4 students :D (worst case: 4 students might have to share one stove..)

去泰國曼谷4日3夜旅行,有兩位同事都向我推薦Blue Elephant Cooking School & Baipai Thai Cooking School ,學下煮泰菜,煮完自己食返當晚飯。咦,雖然我洋蔥都唔識切雞蛋都唔識打,但又好似幾得意、於是就試報Blue Elephant喇~
活動空間分兩部分:課室 & 廚房。好好彩我地個班得4個人(另外有一個係UN做野既德國男人同埋Slovenia男),所以差唔多係私人教授咁滯。老師會先係課室dem一次,然後學員們先去廚房自己落手。


導師話一班通常最多20人、最誇張曾經要4個人share一個爐 O_O lucky us..

材料方面,學校基本上都準備好。泰國菜好多時要準備d paste,所以學員們要成日用個石mortar去磨d醬。(好攰 -_-)

呢個course真係又食又拎 (sure la so expensive! .___.),有好靚既圍裙啦!

仲有精美既畢業證書啦,recipe啦,folder啦,筆啦,袋啦,green curry set !

– Coconut Milk Chicken Soup
– Fried rice with Shrimp Paste
– Stir-fried Sea Bass with Red Curry Paste
– Southern Yellow Curry with Beef

感想:
應該要一試,但唔會再試,因為有d貴 :p 而且我真係完全唔識煮野食,拖慢哂大家既進度真係唔係幾好意思 ^^””~ 不過overall 來說都係一個幾cute既旅遊experience,或者香港都可以搞返個black panda教下d遊客整點心,work!
