22歲的生日 － 我最瘋狂的錯只是幻想童話的王國

期望22歲這一年可以

這是最後一個可以連續慶祝36小時的生日！
非常特別，每一年歲都有值得記住的教訓和回憶。
可以渡過這22個年頭，要謝謝爸爸媽媽哥哥每一天每一秒的照顧！
連家裡年紀最少的那個人都要大學畢業了，爸媽結婚都28年了，
很像活在期待以久的未來一樣

知道身邊有不少貴人，要好好珍惜，並真心道謝。

沒有人有obligation要對你好，但很好運氣，
身邊總有人支持，never take it for granted。

最後，在生日的一天，收到了好消息
the best is yet to come，但至少得到了肯定
謝謝次次都車我去interview的人(in完仲有飯盒食 :p) ！ :3

今天排隊買早餐

職員竟然不理我，就招呼我後面的那個

我奇怪地望著他

他用手指指著我說：“你知道嗎，你不可以插隊，你要排隊”

？！

我繼續奇怪地望著他

排在我後面的白人女生竟然沒有說話，繼續選東西吃

what？！

我的隱型程度有這麼高？！存在感低，也不是這樣的吧＝＿＝

另外值得一提，

某課的TA跟我說 10am 的recitation 要cancel 掉

Because I am the “only one who can’t make it to the 11am”

And “unfortunately you are the only odd one out there”

真係好好笑，因為我知道 at least 有四個人都去不了11am…(^_^)

I only have 2 options : drop the class, or attend the 11am coz class discussion would be graded.

唉，美國人。

– sorry that my recent blog posts are so 頹…a gd indicator on how 頹 my real life is haha

– taking a class on equity quant investing! It’s a very 奇妙 feeling..becoz have been dealing with all these in the summer…or even before that..just that I’ve never received formal ‘education’ from this perspective. It’s like u hv been playing this online game for months, and today u finally got a 攻略 game guide on it. mixed feeling, quite familiar but at the same time quite 陌生 on the approach. In the summer we mainly pick undervalued stocks based on the industry/company stories, key ratios, growth potential from its strategy and earnings reports.. while now we are overlooking the tickers and just sorting and running regression merely by numbers, signals and stats.
