讀者們，我回來了！內地access不了wordpress，來個photo blog先！

一到步覺得PVG還不錯，b還買了Maglev磁浮列車的來回車票！時速高達301 km/h, 記得以前讀transportation analysis已經study過Maglev，想不到終於有得坐，好快呀！（完）

然後在大雨中遊走南京路步行街，外灘等等。途中我穿了多年的布鞋終於不能再穿了，買了對新的。

晚上去了白先勇故居的餐廳，Ambrosia。First dish 非常驚人，魚子醬，鵝肝，金箔，蛋，靚到呢！！價錢合理，可以再去。

大雨過後，天朗氣清，到訪大廈林立的浦東金融貿易區。到處都是Grade A office towers wowowoww!!
（地產小知識：什麼是Grade A, B, C offices? 原來並沒有特定的definition，所以每一個agency和landlord都有不同的界定標準。通常都會是在prime location，floor plate 要夠大，有摩登的設備例如raised floor／underfloor trunking，suspended ceiling so that cables/cords/ducts/pipes can be organized and capped underground/upon ceiling nicely 等，整個building由一個landlord所擁有。）

到了b的office看看。但signage竟然出現 “American Baby Internatioanl English”! You only had one job…

竟然在ifc mall （左）看到mit的The Alchemist (右）!?! If you look closely…上海版是有中文字，mit版是mathematical symbols 來的。哈哈

身為loyal的大吉員工當然要看看自己的大吉project啦，找了半天，原來就是酒店旁邊那個大地盤orz orz orz

短短4天的旅程的highlight就是。。無啦啦upgrade到business class！！
調早左一班機，到臨上機一刻先同我講！好開心好開心，我仲頹著左件鬆弛熊既t-shirt添 ^^” 第一次坐靚版business class!! Lucky~~!!!! ^o^

拖著行李走進Terminal 1。背景是藍天白雲。有著爽朗怡人的天氣襯托，心情特別輕鬆愉快。（又）申請了一星期的假期，可以把不想想的過濾拋諸腦後，誠實地做回自己。

I.
與兩位經常碰頭的地產經紀吃午飯。
才發現我們三都是engineering background。一位是加州大學material engineering碩士，一位是industrial engineering。What are we doing?

II.

This is the world of property management…冷氣壞左，你係比人鬧個個。今朝已經有不祥預感，點知真係。

怕invest太多會徒勞。這是什麼心理？

Small minds discuss people….I really hate people quoting what others say.
I would rather keep my mouth shut than quoting others or getting quoted.

I don’t see why it is a must. Ai, whenever there is people, there is problem.
(then why are you writing so much on this blog?!?!?)

Time is not enough.
– Spend 2 hours commuting every day (7:30am-8:30am, and 6:00pm-7:00pm)
– Spend at least 2 hours lunch and dinner
– Spend 8 hours sleeping + shower + brush teeth e.t.c.
– Spend 9 hours at work

And I still have time to…
– Just finished a 11-episode japanese drama (Yesyeslistening practice)
– Am watching 求愛 every weekday on 10:30pm
