唔捨得食。。

唔好意思！（mtr應該請我 haha），
太忙settle down我的現實生活，這幾天沒有認真打理我的網誌。
加上這幾天劍橋下雨了，理應更有詩情畫意，但卻只為排山倒海的logistics事情添麻煩。

在香港太多事情都take it for granted。例如媽媽會幫我入藥盒，提我叉電，襯衣服。
肚子餓就會有東西吃，但回來後甚麼都要掏錢包親力親為，衣食住行讀書社交娛樂，
雖然這個學期會繼續做microecon grader，
但還是得好好spend and save smartly，僅餘的美金deposit要用到六月的說。

• 好肉痛…好多lum lum sum sum野要買。出去走個圈就已經用左USD 55 啦>_<  (shampoo, conditioner, detergent, notebooks, lunch, textbook x 1..) 我都唔明點解我暑假可以捨得朝朝搭taxi番工既。。節衣縮食的日子又要開始啦。嗚嗚
• 好肚餓…可能暑假食得太好寵壞了。好難適應美國式“塞飽個肚就算“的生活。這一年開始有dining plan，一星期包七餐（早餐或者晚餐），但好麻麻地。yeee
• 好眼訓… 但一facetime就精神了:p

First day – lots of logistics
– met professor, declared my completion of concentration in Japanese, entered check, met with some friends, unpacked my stuff ..etcetc

Final classes this semester:
Cultures and Political Economies of East Asia (taken as P/F option for fun, hope I won’t get an A for it -_-)
Transportation Systems
Business Communications
Managerial Psychology Laboratory
Investments

Originally I wrote up a whole paragraph on the potential problems coming up this semester..

but thanks to gorgor’s kindle recommendation — i decided to delete them all haha.

Problem-solving kids would have positive energy, focus, planning and action to tackle challenges ahead!

Very simple cliche theory but no harm to highlight them again:

1. what/sympton: understand the current situation
2. why: identify the root cause of the problem
3. how: develop an effective actionable plan
4. execute, track progress, and make modification when necessary until problem is solved

• 張氏奇事: 和哥哥乘mtr回家，打電話給爹爹問他在那裡。我們竟然在同一車廂內@___@！！！真的好神奇！一家四口的三個人，不知情地，在同一時間處於同一移動中的地鐵車廂內！！ (*0*) (*0*) (*0*) [<-驚訝的三個人］

• apple奇事：今天家裡的mac family裡面又多了一員…–>macbook air (*o*)…iPhone x 3, iPad x 1, macbook x 2, iPod Touch, iPod shuffle
  
• 投資奇事：當在trading floor每天跟market跟到貼一貼，本來以為會從此重新整理我的investment portfolio。但問題是，given 在這十星期親歷到的volatility 和uncertainty，竟然對股市卻步了。anyway，還是入了點貨作長線。wish me and everyone luck! my so-called strategy….

1. Long-term: unless u have the risk appetite and time to do day-trade..
2. High yield play (330.HK 10.18% div yield, negative profit warning just out, watch list)
3. HKD sucks. go for RMB or any FX deposit with visible interest rate..
4. Defensive play , link reit (823.HK) or utility stocks (2.HK, 6.HK), or CKI (1038.HK)
5. Big names..i like AIA (1299.HK) , cathay pacific (293.HK) and Sands China (1928.HK)
6. Gold/gold stocks (116.HK, 590.HK, 2899.HK)
7. My final project picks… i. Evergrande (3333.HK), Suning (002024.SZ), Tencent (700.HK), China Unicom (762.HK)
8. Or simply referencing our APAC head of equities.. “my strategy? buy low, sell high.”
