5) 減低對iPhone嘅reliance，同人吃飯時擺埋一邊 (麻煩各位提醒了!)
6) 別忘記繼續做物理治療運動
7)繼續push自己out of social comfort zone，say “yes” to invitations and volunteering events
8) 別衝動購物或扔掉東西, think twice…
