新一季日劇又嚟啦！
《アイムホーム》(I’m Home)

第1話：9.0 / 10 

短評：好睇喎！木村一d都唔chok。故事講述一個失咗憶嘅男人，醒返後手上有十條鑰匙。（我估）每一集都會係關於一條鑰匙背後嘅故事 (Key 1, Key 2, Key 3…)。木村同觀眾一樣，完全冇background，所以每一秒都充滿住懸念，好睇。

《Dr.倫太郎》
主演：堺雅人。吉瀬美智子
第1話：6.5 / 10 

短評：冇咩驚喜，吸引力唔高，所以第一集都睇唔完。sor堺雅人m(_ _)m

最近開始睇本書有講商場設計，有兩個事例都幾interesting：

海港城：廣東道邊嘅海港城有好幾個大型入口，原來就係因為呢個設計，就搞到商場建築師Eric Cumine要同九倉打咗超過10年嘅官司 ，更悲哀嘅係，場官司未打完就死咗。[Wharf Properties Ltd and Ano v. Eric Cumine Associates, Architects Engineers & Surveyors and Others (1987) ]。Wharf 認為個site max. plot ratio可以到10.31，但因為商場嘅獨特設計，建築師只係用到8.0 [plot ratio x site area = permissible GFA]。姐係只係因為冇用盡到可建造樓面面積，就可以係等同於「 專業失當」。

“This was a claim against architects for professional negligence. The clients alleged that the architects had failed to ensure maximization of the development value of the clients’ site.

HELD : On the facts, the architects had exercised a reasonable degree of skill and care in the discharge of their duties, and the claim therefore failed.”

太古廣場：太古廣場興建嘅時代，政府正大力鼓勵酒店發展，所以當年凡係酒店嘅地庫都可以唔計入樓面面積。於是，建築師就將L4定為ground floor，而酒店底下五十萬幾呎嘅太古廣場就可以完全exempt了。自此，以後凡係slope上面建造嘅樓宇，都要定lowest street level為首層了。
