  1. 房間要全黑(一絲光也不能有),安靜
  2. 完全放鬆五官手腳,不要鄒眉頭
  3. iphone要放遠處
  4. 房間溫度不要太熱
  5. 手腳要夠暖,最好入睡前先來個hot shower
  6. 把擔憂都暫時忘記,就當他們都不存在,是外星語言
  7. 細心聆聽自己的一呼一吸,世界只剩下自己的呼吸聲

– 今朝返工,比個男人好大力咁撞開我,然後男人企咗係扶手電梯嘅左邊,阻住唒後面心急想行上月台嘅人。當我想鬧嘅時候,呢個男人開始大聲唱歌,oh原來係傻嘅。原來只要係傻,就可以justify。大家都會突然原諒。
