Life as senior management?

上一個rotation，日日對客。這個rotation 有機會與公司高層工作 on a daily basis（i.e. 我老闆，我老闆個老闆，我老闆個老闆個老闆，同埋我老闆個老闆個老闆個老闆) ，到底corporate senior management想看什麼？

1) font size 12? 不能接受。
senior management年紀有返咁上下 (50+)，而且日日都要睇n樣野，視力未必會好好。所以開會present d野，font size 一定要夠大，line spacing要generous! otherwise佢只會扮睇到然後放埋一二邊，or根本無心機睇。

2) 老闆同bb一樣，要睇公仔
老闆唔想睇一大堆字，色彩斑斕既公仔圖片先catch到attention，一目瞭然，娛樂性高。

3) Instruction first。
Before going into details, 比任何table，圖片，graph，第一件事一定要比instruction引渡老闆點樣去睇，由邊度開始睇，藍色代表咩，紅色代表咩，打星星既係咩。就好似show樓盤既floor plan比客睇前，一定係講方向先。

4) Executive Summary – 簡而精。
老闆一日要manage幾千樣野，唔得閒聽你講故仔浪費時間。所以講野要快要concise，但唔好急，要講action plan，唔想聽problems。老闆曾經聽我講野一邊話：“再講快d，再講快d。” ，因為趕住開會，我只可以急口令mode。感覺就好似係一部跑步機at maximum speed一樣，心跳加速，speed up up up!!!

5) 走入老闆房前，你準備好未？
考試要tip題，同老闆discuss都要tip題。要估下由management角度會想知道d咩，可能只係問一條簡單問題，但要準備多10幾條問題，research好，一定要100％清楚，兩手準備，隨時應戰。

6) May 紙同筆always be with you。
其實呢個做intern時已經知。但紙同筆應該同你帶錶一樣咁重要。而且抄notes要整齊，otherwise自己睇番都唔明既時候，無人救到你。

7) No abbreviation please.
平時office用慣既簡寫abbreviations，係executive summary中唔可以出現。因為as top management唔會知道你講咩，亦都無心機係度估，they will only feel annoyed。

8) Assume 對方 zero background
準備功夫要做到幾盡？要假設對方係咩都唔識。
