Detox第一步:只飲清水

話說最近打算開始健康生活(年中都有幾十次嘅覺悟)
呢個星期嘅第一步,就係只飲清水!
especially 早上一杯暖水。檸檬水更好。

(但飲太多檸檬水其實對牙齒不太好)

之後發覺自己平時都成日飲各式各樣嘅soft drinks/bottled drink,
綠茶、益力多、可樂、烏龍茶、珍珠奶茶。。

呢個星期完全cut曬!
感覺係好似(心理上)個身體pure咗。哈哈

下星期我訂咗一週嘅營養午晚餐,到時再update。。
