費安妮二號

最近看到一個處理負面情緒的另類方法。

方法是把負面情緒形象化為一個人,比個名佢,例如「費安妮二號」。

之後你可以同「費安妮二號」對話。

「費安妮二號,不如你收手啦。你夠啦,你今日就放過費安妮一號一馬,佢頂唔到架啦,比佢真正休息一下啦,just shut tf up please!」然後將費安妮二號暫時鎖起來。

之後我成個人立刻輕鬆晒,鬆一口氣,

每一寸肌肉都輕鬆晒。
