  1. 人生是distant running. 這一刻發生的事可能似乎很devastating似乎有哭崩的需要,但其實可能幾個月後或者一年半載後,你會連發生過這事都不記得了。🤷‍♀️
  2. 人生不只是工作,只要把鏡頭一轉,其實人生是多姿多彩。快樂的來源是多方面的。可能自己是生活正是很多人夢寐以求的~
  3. 我們面對挑戰/不順利會變得不理智。把鏡頭zoom out點,把timeline拉長點,其實這種事只是微不足道!
  4. 要明白,人生的default模式就是不順利,順利是運氣。佛學也說,pleasure evaporates quickly. It’s our constant craving for pleasure / unsatisfactoriness that causes us suffer.
  5. 對比其他人,他們的經歷可能才是更可怕更難克服。
  6. 想想每一天3件開心事。要知道你並不孤獨。
