減肥 101

一般人結婚之前會減肥。但我一踏入2018年,我嘅磅數反而係有上升趨勢,而身邊所有人都講到我好似到alarming level一樣。(天音:其實我嘅BMI 依然係正常偏低)。

「肥」呢個字好似從來都唔係用嚟形容我嘅形容詞。所以我都好無奈。Fine, 好,咁我咪action啦下。🤨

有見及此,我暫時take咗呢d steps

  1. yoga mat,超輕啞鈴。係Decathlon買超級平。
  2. 每晚做HIIT Workouts,即高強度間歇式訓練(High Intensity Interval Training)。我係跟youtube嘅Joanna Soh channel。本來都想早上做,但我真係起唔到身😂
  3. 注意飲食。晚上零carbohydrates,無飯無麵。注意食物中嘅糖分等。
  4. 多食蔬菜水果
  5. 只飲清水!多多飲!
  6. 行樓梯

我嘅目標係返返去118磅(是但啦有咩好秘密),祝我成功啦 🤷‍♀️
